Each of our professionals is monitored with a body cam that allows us to gather video footage of each home check so you can see what we see. We feel that it builds trust and accountability while allowing you, the homeowner, to have peace of mind every time someone enters your house while you're away.

Insurance companies have something referred to as the "Duties after loss" which is a clause that lists things a homeowner is responsible to do after a sudden and accidental loss. Having experience in the claims and real estate industry, we are equipped with the knowledge to help guide you through the process in the event that there are any issues that arise while you're away.

Each of our professionals carries a tool belt with the necessary equipment to do a thorough check. They endure a comprehensive training program that enables them to identify issues in the hard to find places throughout your home. Our emergency protocol lets you know immediately when there's an issue that comes up. 

We offer affordable pricing for all of our home watch solutions. We believe that everyone should have access to quality home watch services, regardless of their budget. We offer multiple plans that range from 1 visit per month to weekly visits.

• Check under all sinks to make sure there is no active leaks, new water damage, or dripping
• Check A/C to make sure it's functioning properly
• Appliance check (refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, etc.)
• Visual check for any water damage or discoloration on the walls and ceilings in all rooms
• Check windows and doors to make sure they are locked and secure
• Check breaker panel for any tripped breakers

• Walk around of the entire perimeter
• Visual lawn and landscape check
• Exterior wall check to identify any water intrusion, cracking, or discoloration
• Pool and equipment check to make sure pool appears healthy and pool equipment is working
• Check windows and doors for window cracks or signs of intrusion
• Scan yard for any unusual debris such as roof shingles, tiles, large fallen branches, or any other suspicious debris
• Check mail (if requested)
