Interior
- Check under all sinks to make sure there is no active leaks, new water damage, or dripping
- Flush all toilets
- Check A/C to make sure it's functioning properly
- Appliance check (refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, etc.)
- Visual check for any water damage or discoloration on the walls and ceilings in all rooms
- Check windows and doors to make sure they are locked and secure
- Check breaker panel for any tripped breakers
Exterior
- Walk around of the entire perimeter
- Visual lawn and landscape check
- Exterior wall check to identify any water intrusion, cracking, or discoloration
- Pool and equipment check to make sure pool appears healthy and pool equipment is working (if applicable)
- Check windows and doors for window cracks or signs of intrusion
- Scan yard for any unusual debris such as roof shingles, tiles, large fallen branches, or any other suspicious debris
- Check mail (if requested)
